Related Projects
In addition to the First Friday Los Feliz Art Walk, these other projects are in the works:
Survivors' Truths
We are pleased to offer ongoing support for a long-term multi-media documentary project of Los Feliz psychotherapist Dove Pressnall about the survivors of Liberia's brutal civil war. See Survivors' Truths news release for June 5, and photography reprise at the Courtyard Studio & Arts.
Summer Update: Dove Presnall took her exhibit to Washington D.C. in July 2009 where it was on display in several restaurants, but also got attention at the Liberian Embassy. Dove hopes to turn Survivors' Truths into a book and is seeking funding for her project.
