Welcome to Los Feliz Art Walk
A "new" collaborative venture in the Los Feliz Village community of Los Angeles is seeking to bring together Los Feliz artists, galleries, studios and others to support the arts. We invite you to be involved from the beginning!
July 3, 2009: Coutyard Studio & Arts WILL BE DARK for the three-day Fourth of July holiday. NO EXHIBIT THIS FRIDAY.
June 5, 2009: Courtyard Studio & Arts features plen air paintings by Ellie Korn and Bill Henderson, and sculpture by Alberto Ossa. Also a reprise of Dove Pressnall's multi-media project Surviviors' Truths.
May 1, 2009: The Courtyard Studio & Arts Gallery exhibits the macro-pixellated paintings of Enzo Fontana.
April 3, 2009: The Courtyard Studio & Arts Gallery is dark one time only. Please visit the other participating galleries!! New exhibitors coming in May and June!
March 6, 2009 Art Walk: Devon T.S. Tsuno opens at happy; a brand new film opens at the Courtyard Studio & Arts.
February 6, 2009: Charlene Gawa, new works by Joe James, and others
December, 2008 Art Walk: exhibit at the Courtyard, of local artist/craftspeople, was a fun evening to look, buy and sell!
"New"? The Los Feliz Art Walk has revived with a lot of energy and interest. On the first Friday September 5, eleven galleries and studios took part. The list is still growing! Join us again on February 6, the "First Friday." Another Studio has been added! Each Gallery or Studio is providing its own hospitality from 6 to 9 pm the night of the event. Courtyard Center Studio and Gallery Exhibits
 | We have opened space for a 900+ sq. ft. gallery/ studio for art and photography on N. New Hampshire, in the Courtyard and adjoining education building of Hollywood Lutheran Church --- a newly-refurbished space for community gatherings, exhibits, receptions and other events. Currently, we're seeking seed money and grants from local sources, as well as patrons and artistic partners, to get this started, because there is wonderful potential for the Los Feliz area. |

We had over 50 people show up at the Courtyard Studio & Arts location, and many more who walked the walk to see neighborhood galleries, studios and exhibits. It turned out there was live music in at least two locaitons!Also

A small group of artsy visionaries is working to put the Los Feliz Art Walk back on the map! Our borad of directors is still in formation, but the visionaries already include: Dan Hooper, Don Koepke, Roberta Morris and Adrian Ravarour. You can contact us at:
